Born in 1972, David Stone quickly developed a passion for close-up magic, an intimate form of magic performed just inches from the spectators' eyes.
From the 1990s, he won several awards, including the Diavol Grand Prize in Lyon (1995) and the Colombe d'Or Close-up Grand Prize (1996). However, it was from the 2000s that his career exploded internationally. Among other achievements, he won 3rd prize for micromagic at FISM in 2006.
He then traveled all over the world and presented his acts on major shows such as Le plus grand cabaret du monde, Penn & Teller: Fool Us, and La France a un Incroyable Talent (which he tried twice).
A creator of innovative effects
David Stone is not just a performer; he is also a creator. He has designed several tricks that have become classics, sold worldwide, including:

What makes David Stone successful is a blend of technique and humor that he seems to master perfectly. His character sometimes appears overwhelmed by his own effects, making everything genuinely funny and always well-written.
David Stone has also explored the world of cinema and theater. He took drama classes and appeared in several short films and commercials.
In 2018, he even created his own magical one-man show in Paris: Stone passe à table, where he combines stand-up and illusions.
Klek Entos
While David Stone had attempted Incroyable Talents twice, he returned a few years later with a brand new enigmatic character named Klek Entos (see our dedicated article on Klek Entos here). As he progressed through the TV show, viewers became increasingly fond of this tortured character, to the point where David Stone decided to create a full show for him right after the program.
