The effect

Imagine the famous grail of magicians, the ACAAN, updated in the purest way possible.

You propose to go further than this classic trick by reversing the roles:

All the cards in the deck are blank, with a number between 1 and 52 on each. A prediction is placed on the table. You ask the spectator to announce any card aloud, then to spell a card letter by letter himself: he will then land on a numbered card. The prediction is turned over; it matches the number.
